Mushrooms have a mind of their own, so please bear with me. To get them to you as fresh as deliciously possible, there may be a short wait.
My fresh mushrooms are delivered on the stalk just as they grow on the farm; it keeps them fresher for longer. When you are ready to enjoy them just snip off the caps with a pair of scissors.
When you receive the mushrooms put them straight into the fridge and eat them within 3-4 days.
