If you really want to push the boat out then I can inoculate a 900mm log. This baby should give you a decent crop of mushrooms when when it fruits. It might take a bit longer to fully populate the wood and you will need a bit of space to keep. I have a couple of these to provide me with Shiitake mushrooms around autumn time - delicious.
