  • Not yet, some mushrooms are grown on local straw, some on hardwood pellets. Although I don’t use any chemicals I’m still trying to source organic substrate .

  • I carefully monitor every stage of the growing process, from spore to harvest, to guarantee the highest quality. My mushrooms are handpicked and thoroughly inspected.

  • Store my mushrooms in the refrigerator, preferably in a paper bag or a breathable container, to maintain freshness. They typically last around 4 days.
